A man was killed in a gruesome manner ealier today after being involved in an accident in Rivers state.
According to reports, the man was knocked down and crushed to death by a moving trailer at lgwuruta roundabout in Ikwerre local government area of the state.
The incident caused a traffic gridlock in the area as road users and sympathizers gathered at the scene.
The corpse of the victim has been reportedly evacuated.
