South South Diva and Calabar Dancehall Queen Lily Best is set to drop her first official album titled “TEMPER”. 
Having released the Official Artwork and Tracklist for the album, she added that the album will be out worldwide on the 26 Dec. 2016. 
 The thirteen (13) tracker album features Calabar finest Artistes and Hit making Producers.
