Only Cowards Run, Remain there Uchenna Uwandu Slams Yorubas’ in Diaspora

Uchenna Uwand has lambasted and condemn the recent declaration made by The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi on Monday

Read; The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi on Monday declared that many people who are of Yoruba ethnic extraction in the Diaspora are afraid to come home due to security situation in the South West region. 

Ogunwusi made this declaration while speaking at a security summit, tagged, “South West Geopolitical Zone Security Summit”, held at International Conference Centre, the University of Ibadan in Oyo state.

Uchenna Uwandu has describe it as cowardice act for someone or group of people to run or abstain from there fatherland because of insecurity.

If everyone becomes afraid and run, then who’s gonna protect or secure our inheritance (Nigeria) at large for us?. He asked

These are trying times in our country, so I feel we should all stand firm and defend ourselves and country from invaders and also so curb the Xenophobia issues facing our country Nigeria rather than running Helter Skelter because that’s how cowards do.
