NOTICE OF A MISSING PERSON!!!

It is my desire to bring to the attention of the entire public of a missing person by the name GODWIN OFFOR.

Prior to the 2014 General Elections in Nigeria, there where cases of deadly clashes and violence, especially during the political parties primaries, in different communities in Imo State. Precisely on November 15, 2014, there where bloody clashes between Amurie Omanze and Amandugba communities in Isu Local Government Area of Imo State that led to the destruction of houses and various properties.

There was chaos everywhere that resulted in the disappearance of Godwin Offor from the community. This has caused a lot of heartbreaks to his family, and eventual searching of the young man, now that calm and peace has returned to the community, we wish to submit this notice to the entire public, calling for the return of all displaced persons; especially Mr. Godwin Offor to reprieve the pains in the hearts of his parents.
