Olurotimi Badero is a Nigerian doctor based in the US who is an interventional cardiologist and nephrologist (heart and kidney specialist) and has been recognized first and only of his kind.
According to his Wikipedia page, Badero was born in Lagos where he was the seventh of nine children to Chief Ellab Olufemi Badero and Stella Taiwo Badero.
He had his early education in St Mary’s Private School and the Federal Government College in Odogbolu before he proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University where he got his medical degree.
Badero did his residency at the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Centre before he proceeded to get a fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension at Emory University School of Medicine.
It should be noted that the multi-fields specialist is included in the Great Ife hall of fame as one of the institution’s excellent students.
Badero is not just a physician, he is an entrepreneur, educator, and motivational speaker labels that he is proud to put up on his personal website.
