In many developed countries, the voice of the people influence government decision and policies.

This seems not to be the case in Nigeria as the government is now stronger the voice of her people. DSS, Police, Soldiers and other security agencies are now used to suppress public opinion in Nigeria.

As someone rightly said, our security agencies are much effective when fighting unarmed protesters than they do in fight against Boko-Haram, Herdsmen and other agents of National threats.

You’d recall that 2Baba cancelled his much publicized anti-government protest in 2017. Maybe the same thing happening to Sowore now would have happened to 2Baba if he had not pulled out of the protest he started.

Going by what has happened so far in this administration whenever the public want to voice out in protest, the question is
