“My Destiny” features Lagos Community Choir, On this Banky W submits himself to the Almighty, goes deep in the spirit to take music listeners to the holy realm.
According to Mr W; ‘I was sitting in @stephenrchandler’s church service when the first few words for this song came to my heart, as tears rolled down my face. I felt broken. Damaged. Unworthy. But God just wouldn’t let me go. I’ve learnt to let Him take control, wherever He leads, I’ll try to follow. He has a habit of using the most unlikely vessels, doesn’t He? This song is so special to me. I pray you listen to it, and that it helps set you free‘.
The track is off Banky W’s new mini music project – The Bank Statement. This body of work is an EP that consist of 7 tracks (2 previously released singles; ‘JO‘, ‘Talk and Do‘, with 5 new tracks) and Features artists; Mercy Chinwo, Brookstone, The Lagos Community Gospel Choir, 2Baba, Timi Dakolo, Waje & Seun Kuti.
