It’s not new, the war going on between South Africa and Nigeria which has continued to linger for long now.
It has been on the rise recently after Nigeria defeated South Africa 2:1 in just concluded AFCON 2019 which was hosted by Egypt.
South Africa has engaged Nigerian in Xenophobia attack thereby killing and destroying properties belonging to Nigerians in South Africa.

Because of these many Nigerians are not really happy even though they South African Brothers/Sisters. Some angry Students Shutdown MTN, DSTV Offices In Kaduna, Benue State while protesting.
Now Glo users can no longer call MTN users and reach the person ones, you hear will them say “You can not call MTN number, please contact your network provider“. Same thing happens when you try calling a family or friend using MTN with a Glo line. well it is still unclear what could be causing this problems. it is seriously fraustrating dialing a person number close to (10 Times) before their number can go through, and if the person doesn’t pick ones, you will have to dial it for another 10 different time again to reach the person.
I think this is a serious issue NCC has to look into forthwith for the interest of both Nigerians and South Africans.
