A 5-yr-old American boy made news after planning a proper wedding ceremony for his pregnant horse.
Gabe Bush was always told by his mother that a couple should first wed before having children, so when he found out that his Red River Shetland pony, Butterball was pregnant, he organised a proper wedding to make an ‘honest mare out of her’.
playThe little boy who lives in Coushatta, Louisiana, then went ahead to plan a complete wedding ceremony his pregnant horse and her stud, Mr. Big Stuff, with a minister, cake a bow tie for the groom horse and a tutu for the bride.
“It’s going to be a horse wedding,” Gabe told CNN affiliate KSLA in Louisiana.
The minister who officiated the wedding was Gabe’s grandfather,Richard Logan Sr. He heads the Elizabeth Full Gospel Baptist Church in Coushatta and houses Butterball at his stables just outside town.

“He said, ‘Daddy, I prayed and asked God to let Butterball,’ which is his horse here, ‘have a baby.’ And I said, ‘well, what did God say?’ He said, ‘God said, ‘OK, Gabe,’ ” said Logan who Gabe fondly calls ‘daddy’.
